Sales & Brand Ambassador
Mexico / Europe (hybrid and travel-based) • Part-time or full-time (to be defined)
Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
The Sales & Brand Ambassador will expand Kā’s presence across Mexico, Europe, and online. This role merges luxury fashion sales, community engagement, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate is both a skilled sales professional and an authentic representative of Kā’s vision and values.
Sales Development
Lead and grow sales for the Nostalgia collection across physical and digital channels.
Identify and approach potential clients, boutiques, and creative collaborators.
Organize and host trunk shows, private presentations, and pop-up events.
Brand Representation
Act as the face and voice of Kā in select markets.
Communicate Kā’s ethos and collection narratives with authenticity and elegance.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, stylists, and retail partners.
Market & Content Feedback
Collaborate with the creative and communications teams to align sales with editorial and marketing campaigns.
Provide insights from the market to inform brand and sales strategies.

Ideal Profile
Proven experience in luxury fashion, art sales, or boutique brand representationt.
Fluent in English and Spanish (French is a plus).
Strong network within creative communities (fashion, art, design, dance and music).
Excellent storytelling and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-ups and reporting.
Comfortable traveling between Mexico and Europe for shows, meetings, and events.
Warm, confident presence. Able to represent the brand with grace and professionalism.

Compensation
